Rates include calls originating within the Alaska Communications CDMA network coverage area (“Our Network”) to anywhere in Alaska, the Lower 49, or Canada. Funds deposited into a prepaid account are not refundable or redeemable for cash or credit. Talk Prepaid Plan Features: Rates include caller ID, three-way calling, call waiting, voice mail, call forward immediate, and incoming SMS. Talk + Text Prepaid Plan Features: Rates include caller ID, three-way calling, call waiting, voice mail, call forward immediate, and two-way SMS. Talk + Text + Web Prepaid Plan Features: Rates include caller ID, three-way calling, call waiting, voice mail, call forward immediate, two-way SMS, picture messaging, and mobile web. Talk + Text + Data Prepaid Plan Features: Rates include caller ID, three-way calling, call waiting, voice mail, call forward immediate, two-way SMS, picture messaging, and Smartphone data. Length/size of messages may be limited. General Terms: Phone must be compatible with Our Network. Must be 18 years of age or older and provide a contact address within Our Network coverage area. Acceptable forms of payment include cash or credit card. Calls to Mexico: 50¢ per minute plus airtime when originating from within Our Network. International Calling (not including Mexico): $3.99 per minute plus airtime when originating from within Our Network. Calling Cards. Airtime charges still apply when using a calling card to place calls. Directory Services Charges (411): $1.25 surcharge plus airtime. Additional Funds: International, and Directory Services calls require additional funds to be deposited into your account. Service Expiration: Expiration date of service is reached 30 days after initial account payment. To continue the service, you need to pay the monthly service charge by the expiration date. If your payment is late, your monthly service will expire on the same date it would have had you paid timely. In other words, you will have to pay the full charge even though you do not get the full 30 days of service. If payment is not made within 60 days after expiration your account will be cancelled. Any unused account balance is forfeited upon cancellation. A $35 service activation fee and new wireless phone number will be required to reactivate service.
